I know my mom didn't intend for my name to be an acronym, however it sure has turned out to be the story of my life. I'm passionate about helping others thrive. I currently live in Hana, Maui & am the author of The Local Maui Guide. By trade, I guess you can call me a healer. I'm a certified life coach and level 3 Alef Reiki practitioner. However, I'm not the biggest fan of labels and certifications, as I carry a lot more divine gifts than any certification can encompass. I'm very into animal welfare and absolutely love my dogs, all 11 of them at the moment (fosters and puppies included). And when I'm stressed or overwhelmed you'll often find me coping by making up recipes in the kitchen as food is truly a "comfort" for me.
